I actually already had a realtor when I contacted him about a house of interest. He was very honest with me and helped me with other properties more suitable to my needs and what I could afford. Needless to say I don't have that other realtor anymore! Honest and very knowledgable would be the best description.

From Start to Finish Bob went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first home. He helped me stay in my price range but still get a lot of items on my must have list! Always very quick to respond to my million questions and was extremely helpful through out the whole process.

Bob was professional from start to finish. Prior to listing our home, he produced a detailed market analysis to show what our home was worth and made suggestions on what we could do to get the most from our sale. He listened to our concerns and helped ease the process of selling our home.We got the same professionalism and personalized attention when it came to looking at homes to buy. Bob helped us to find the right home for our family and negotiated the best deal.

Bob was an excellent realtor from the beginning of the process until the end. He asked questions to find out exactly what I was looking for. As we walked through different houses, he paid attention to even the small details of what I liked and didn’t like and used that to further his search to find something perfect. He found times that worked with my schedule to walk through homes. Bob is very knowledgeable and shared valuable information with me as we looked at houses that was truly in my best interest. Bob helped me with questions about my finances and the whole process as we began purchasing the home. He wasn’t just a realtor, he was there to find the best home for me. My home is perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! I would recommend Bob to all my friends and family.
