My wife and I have had the privilege of knowing Bob personally and professionally for almost ten years, including asking him to represent us in the purchase and sale of two separate homes. Bob is a "go to" when it comes to getting it done and his professionalism is unmatched only by his character.

I actually already had a realtor when I contacted him about a house of interest. He was very honest with me and helped me with other properties more suitable to my needs and what I could afford. Needless to say I don't have that other realtor anymore! Honest and very knowledgable would be the best description.

When we were shopping for a house in Mount Laurel, Bob made us feel as though we were his only clients. He was always available when we could get to the area, knew the towns and neighborhoods thoroughly, and was far more than an agent as we went through the process of visiting, re-visiting and deciding. His patience and considered counsel were of inestimable value. We love the house we bought as a result of his efforts, and have maintained contact as a friend. He is far superior to any other real estate professional we have ever encountered.

"Realtor Bob" was very diligent in helping us find a new home in the Mt. Laurel area. He accommodated our schedule for coming a distance on non-working days to see a reasonable number of houses to maximize our time. He also was very sensitive to the fact that our son was deploying to Afghanistan and leaving his family, I was still working and we had another house that wasn't selling in a very poor market. He also worked with us and our attorney when we had problems with the seller. Best of all is the fact that he has been available to us for questions and local area information for the entire time since our purchase. From Start to Finish Bob went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first home. He helped me stay in my price range but still get a lot of items on my must have list! Always very quick to respond to my million questions and was extremely helpful through out the whole process.

Bob was professional from start to finish. Prior to listing our home, he produced a detailed market analysis to show what our home was worth and made suggestions on what we could do to get the most from our sale. He listened to our concerns and helped ease the process of selling our home.We got the same professionalism and personalized attention when it came to looking at homes to buy. Bob helped us to find the right home for our family and negotiated the best deal.

Bob turned my perception of a realtor around completely! Prior to working with Bob, my first realtor (who sold me my first home) was very uninvolved and lacked simple communication skills. Bob listened to every word my wife and I said and went above and beyond in our house search. Where our first realtor lacked (made a very lack-luster attempt to sell our first home) Bob came back in spades with not only suggesting us to rent our first home, but getting it rented within a week of listing at our asking price. He is on the up and up with technology which helped us even more with our search. He kept regular communication with us as well as our mortgage broker through the entire purchasing experience. Not knowing ANYTHING about Bob prior to working with him, he went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I would recommend Bob to anyone who is even thinking ab out purchasing a home.

Bob was an excellent realtor from the beginning of the process until the end. He asked questions to find out exactly what I was looking for. As we walked through different houses, he paid attention to even the small details of what I liked and didn’t like and used that to further his search to find something perfect. He found times that worked with my schedule to walk through homes. Bob is very knowledgeable and shared valuable information with me as we looked at houses that was truly in my best interest. Bob helped me with questions about my finances and the whole process as we began purchasing the home. He wasn’t just a realtor, he was there to find the best home for me. My husband and I were in the difficult position of selling his Mother's home in New Jersey while we resided in Florida. Bob met me at the house in Pennsauken and gave his opinion on the market value. From that meeting until the day of closing, Bob handled every step personally, efficiently and was a great communicator.
